*****ulant Rage Account

Today I tried to upgrade my cellphone contract just to be denied by Experian Credit Bureau. After struggling more than half an hour to get through to them they tell me I have outstanding debt at Rage overdue for more than 9 months - apparently I opened an acount somewhere last year that I am not aware of. Tried phoning Rage (not getting through on their lines) and sending an email regarding this I still have no reply. I am just not sure how a company can blacklist me without even informing me that I owe them money. I urgently need to upgrade my cellphone but now it has been declined and I must wait another 3 months. This is unacceptable and I need urgent feedbac****!!!!!
