Fradulent Account Opened

I looked into my clear score credit record and only to find that an account hasel been opened under my name for a credit of R300. I have no dealings with the business and i have never went to their stores to open an account. Its frustrating to find a store opening fradulent accounts without customer consent. Dont they have ***** department for verification of accounts, I demand this account to be closed immediately and remove my name to their system.
