Forced to buy the dress

Hello<br> <br> I bought a dress at Rage on Sunday,17 January , 16. At Rage Orange Farm. I didnt fit the dress as I was in a hurry and I know my size. Unfortunatley when I got home the dress was small and wasnt looking good on me ( Al thought its beautiful on someone else). I then sent my brother to the store to return the dress. It is in good condition and still have the receipt but they didn't take the dress back instead they gave him a bigger size and told him that they dont run returns.returns. Im writing this email because I want to find out from the headoffice why is it that Rage doesn't accept returns. Especially within the 7 days period.
