Forced debt

I got an sms at 12:24 saying I must come collect my card at rage. Whereas I did not apply for an account. When I went there... they told me that I app**** in 2011 and I sent an sms today... Which is not true. Yes I app**** in 2011 and was declined when I was a student. Now I don't want it they claim I sent an sms. I need to know this happen... proof of this sms they got from me. How do u even approve an account not even knowing I exist or not cause I never app****
