First time Buyer welcomed by a bad experience

22 Feb 2023 was my first purchase of the rage shoes,,I only wore rhese shoes 4 times but they are aleeady damaged ,,Today i went in at rage westgate for them to exchange tgeir damaged goods ,,but thy told me there is nothing they can do since i dnt have the invoice ,i only have the small slip whuch shows my card number ,i always keep my slips inside the boxes,How can i have the small slip nd not have the invoice slip and i cnt recall if i was given the invoice or not,,All i am asking for is fir rage to exchange my shoes ,i dnt want a refund,,Any1 can see the shoes i have thy had a fault from the shop because the glue on the sola is de attached to the shoe,the rubber is brokwnninto 2pieces,,It Amazes me as a client when a cashier tells me there is nothing she can do,,is this how Rage stores train their staff???
