<p>I bought my sister shoes sometimes last month as a gift, she hasn’t been wearing the shoes and only did now. i bought them using my account, i didn’t not give her the slip so she went to Rage to try and change them as they are uncomfortable. when she got there, she was told that she cannot change the shoe because of two reason: was .</p> <p>1. Because of its uncomfortable, it’s not a valid point to bring back the shoe. So must we wear shoes that are not comfortable because now we can’t exchange them? that is not fair at all because i bought those shoes so if i need to return them that shouldn’t even be the reason to decline this. </p> <p>2. Because Rage has a 7days return policy, so what if i buy a shoe for an occasion that’s only in a couple of months away, should they not fit that means that i won’t be able to change them? That’s is not fair at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>So disappointed at the service, that is not the wat at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards Princess</p>
