Failing to refund for an online order that was cancelled

On the 3rd of December 2022 i ordered online, Rage failed to deliver my order i cancelled the order and requested refund on the 20th of December 2022, Today is the 23nd January 2023 i still have not received my money, i am tired of doing follow ups, using my airtime. I need my money back since you guys failed to deliver. I want my money back i gave you enough time the 7 to 14 days turnaround time has passed. I did a follow up again today 23 January only to be told the refund has not been processed ***. This is the reply i got "We apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. Kindly note that your Refund will be processed by our Finance department by the end of the week. Please note that refunds takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to reflect on your account after it has been processed by our Finance department"
