EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVIVE

My credit details were sent to ITC by rage because I defaulted on a payment almost a year ago. Even to this day I am struggling to clear my name on the ITC side. Too many emails sent to them to assist me to clear my name and no one seems to care. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And my account was paid up and now they even owe me. RAGE DOES NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
