Extremely Poor Customer Service – RAGE Atlantis

I am utterly disgusted by the service I received at the RAGE Atlantis branch on 23 January 2026.

I purchased a pair of shoes on 12 January 2026. At the time, I was heavily pregnant and did not have the opportunity to try the shoes on in-store. When I got home and fitted them, they were too small. I returned to the store well within the exchange period to exchange them for a bigger size.

One of the consultants accused me of having worn the shoes because there was a mark on the sole and told me that I should have checked the bottom of the shoe and cleaned it before returning it. I found this accusation extremely unprofessional and shocking.

Another consultant, who was far more polite, went to the back and cleaned the sole herself. However, the first consultant then returned with the bigger size and sarcastically said, “See here, we give you clean shoes.” This sarcastic and disrespectful attitude was completely unacceptable.

As an account holder, I expected far better treatment. This experience was humiliating and left me extremely disappointed. I will never return to the Atlantis branch again.

RAGE seriously needs to address the conduct and customer service standards at this store.
