Extremely dissapointed, no communication

Im extremely dissapointed with Rage shoe shop that they listed me with credit bureaus for only R1 which was never communicated to me and yet all along was sure the account was paid up. What was difficult for them to just send sms like they always do to pay the R1 instead of listing me as a bad payer. I have never skipped any payments with all the retailers I have accounts with and yet this company tarnished my credit record for just R1. I have even decided to close this account because I felt they dont care about their customers.
