extremely beyond Rude

I bought shoes that I needed to exchange last week, they refused both branches in R/bay the 1 said she can't authorise for herself and the other said they just can't exchange for me. I went back today and this time I was told the only person who can assist me with a gift voucher is on lunch, then next thing they don't have any vouchers on stock, then aparantly because I bought them at the other branch I have to go back there, they can't help me is too much work for her Thobile and she doesn't have those pairs in her stock. So I went to the next branch and the lady kept me waiting for 30mins and when she finally got through to her headoffice, she said I'm demanding a gift card and I'm rude and I think I know it all just because I work in the bank, she was screaming loud enough for ALL the customers in the shop to hear. So now I'm writing my details on the slip, and she's telling me people from my hometown are not rude, she's from there also, where do I come from?? I could not believe it, she's saying I'm a disapointment to our culture and our people to MY FACE.
