Extremely bad service from Ayanda in Mega mart Tembisa

I bought my daughter winter boots at Rage in Phumlani Mall in Tembisa yesterday. Unfortunately I lost my receipt and i had to return them today because the boots were torn "factory fault". I went to Rage in Phumlani and the lady was willing to assist me in exchanging the boots. Unfortunately they didnt have the size I was looking for so she referred me to their other store based in Tswelopele Megamart where I met up with the store assistant by the name of Ayanda. That woman was rude and told me how it's not their fault that I misplaced the slip and that they will not assist me even after I advised them that the lady at Phumlani mall referred me there as they didnt have the size. She was very rude and told me straight that they won't help me. I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire life. I'm glad I closed my store account with them before and I would not advise anyone to go to that store ever.
