Excellent Customer Service

In February this year a bought a pair of Stiletto shoes from Rage,i hardly wear the pair but last month when i was wearing it the shoe broke, I then called Rage Customer Care spoke to the most helpful and humble person by the name of Nolu<br> <br> I explained to her that i don't have the receipt but i know i bought the shoe in February but now it broke,first and foremost she told me that they don't do exchanges without proof of purchase but she went out of her way to assist me she was very patient with me and told me she will speak to her manager and asked if i can send her an email with the pictures,From then she would call me everyday just to keep me updated as to how far she is with the query <br> <br> That is what i call an excellent customer service and she knows how to keep the customer happy most importantly she knows how to appreciate the customer <br> <br> I've never in my life had such a good customer service Rage really knows how to keep a customer happy and i will definitely spread the word on the GOOD service i received from Her and i won't mind spending my money at a store where i know they appreciate customers and value them<br> <br> The issue was resolved and thanks to Nolu for the service
