Ex employee

I've been working for Rage since 2012 till 30July 2019last working day(Ex employee) The store lacked basic health and safety: - They would paint store while employees are inside - Worked in store that didn't have access to a toiled for a number of years - We did not have a fire extinguisher and first aid kid on the premises.

While serving my resignation notice ,my clock no was de-activated without notice. I have been trying to communicate with head office via Skype while in store and they never responded back to messages or have the decency to call back. I haven’t received payslips since March 2019, only when I threaten Ed social media did they email incomplete pay slips in July 2019. My provident fund papers were filled and emailed on 5 of July to the Head of payroll. I was denied my scheme number to check how much was paid . We didn't get our annual letters so we able to see the growth rate of our provident fund . Followed up on my provident fund and head of payroll refered me to Broker who in return TD me that my papers where only send after follow up and where not signed ,she had to send them back. I should have gotten my money by now and the money the broker stated is not the correct amount that should be paid out.
