Employee with a bad attitude

I received a very poor service from one of the rage employees from the Bloemfontein branch in bloem plaza center. The employee told me I’m dramatic after I asked her to give me a plastic , asked her if that’s how she talks to customers she rolled her eyes at me , when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me as she no name badge on , instead she told me to find it myself.. absolutely no customer service .she did not care what happens what so ever
