embarrassed by a pair of heal it broke onthe frst day wear it

I bought a pair of heals in their Lydenburg branch I had to take it back as the size was small when exchanging it the store refused to supply me with the copy of the slip saying that their company does not allow 2 exchange one you made one exchange you can't make another one irrespective if its a quality problem I left the store I week later I was wearing the shoes to work and u was embarrassed when the heal broke and I ddnt have money to buy another pair, I called customer care and spoke to Rachael who advised me to go to any Rage store to get a refund or exchange the following day I went To town to either exchange or refund and I was not helped because The lady from the customer care was not answering the phone I waited for an hour and left without been helped
