Rage Brits Mall appears to have a poor customer service record, as evidenced by the lack of assistance and attention provided to customers who seek help. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately to ensure a positive customer experience.

I have come to understand the reason behind the store's name, "Rage," as it accurately reflects the emotional state of customers upon leaving the establishment.

I counted 5 employees and not one acknowledge use or even came to ask if we need assistance
