Dont support Rage Bayside Mall at ALL.

A Very unhappy customer with Bayside Mall Rage shoe place. I would NOT recommend this place to my family or friends at all. I bought from them previously with no hassle. This time hoewever made me very upset and unhappy to have purchased from people with absolutely no customer skills and manner. I cought a summer sandal for an occasion , wore the shoe for a few hours and it hurt my feet of which the customer services manager was aware when RETURNED it with the original slip within 7 days and 30 days for exchange as per their slip readings.

I was told by the cs Manager that it hurting my feet was not their problem..WOW! and she mentioned because I wore the shoe be it for a few minutes or 2 hours their policy does not allow for refund or exchanges...PLEASE CAN I get the CEO to contact me, as this is poor customer service and mot assured ..YOUR Company Rage will be having more clients with rage because of this theft going on with this management or so-called policy style. on the receipt is No conditions stating this...just refund within 7 days which I Believe I sould be allowed to have out of deceny...UNHAPPY CLIENT-Please people, dont support business's who ***** from others...*********
