Dissatisfied and angry Customer

I am very much dissatisfied and disappointed by Rage, I've been paying their account from December 2022 and am told I haven't been making payments. I sent all the proof of payments but the account is still in areas. What frustrates me the most is the fact that Mahlodi doesn't respond and apparently her Senior who is Tsholofelo also said I should forward everything of which I did however it's been over a month without any response from them and there's an interest that keeps on being added.

I cannot Tate this any further, I need this account cancelled!!!!

Clearly they don't need me as one of their customer.
