dissaponted and embarassed

good day , on the 05th of September n I visit the rage store at campuses square, and bought a new rage skirt and heel cause I was really in love with them I get home I did my fitting and everything was fine , the next day at work I decided that I was going to wear my skirt so I did that along the day my skirt was torn showing everything out , so I did not have anything to wear so I had to run to the guy and had him sow my skirt and I had to pay him 40 buck , then Saturday I went back at rage to return the skirt but the problem I did not have the slip cause I had threw it away the ladies at store where so welcoming and willing to assist but the problem was with the head office lady she was just rude told me that I needed to do a bank statement , even after the advance her that they remember me and the lady that sold me the skirt say she remember she said the is nothing she will be doing for me unless I have a bank statement so I ask her that I was suppose again to take my time and call old mutual and get a statement cause I paid with the old mutual saving account , use my money to call them get a statement then still came back and I ask if the where going reimburse me she said not with attitude , when I ask someone high she said she is a boss to me I was so disappointed and hurt and I still ask that I need a formal apology still today I have not even received a call from them nothing so I want them to pay for my money that I use for transport ,my time and the money to fix the skirt cause if I had to also ask about the embarrassment that I felt at work I don't know I just nee
