Disgusting treatment

I’m very disgusted with the treatment I got from rage, since September I’ve been asking them to remove my name from ITC Because I paid off their account long time ago and now I cannot get a car deal being approved. Even the paid up letter they sent me was not signed. Buhle Nogwebela sent me unsigned letter and ignored my emails when I told her.
