Disgusting so-called manager

Went to Rage to exchange a pair of sandals that didn't fit.Got to the store,tried on a few other pairs and couldn't find a suitable one.Got to the counter and handed over the shoes to get a refund.Was then told by the cashier that I had to get a voucher because it was after the 7 day allowed return period!She called the manager, who strode over and told me there's nothing she could do because the person who sold me the shoes was meant to tell me that.Then she pointed at a small sign on the far left of the counter telling me that the return policy was there for customers to read!****y, arrogant and an unwillingness to be polite aptly describes her.Told her to give me her name and she walked away and told me the cashier would give me her name!The cashier then called your H.O to check if a refund could be done and I again reiterated that there weren't other shoes I wanted and preferred a refund.This Lerato Modise then screams at me from the other end of the store!The staff member that was standing with her then told her to keep quiet but she kept ranting and I shouted back at her!She is a rude,disgusting excuse of a manager who shouldn't be in that role!Never going back there again!!!
