disgusting service

This company has absolutely no proper customer service. i closed my account with them last year and i was told that they would update the details with transunion , till today my credit record still shows that i owe the store. I received a paid up letter a long time ago. when i went to one of their branches , i was told to speak to someone at their call centre and that person told me that i'm the one who's supposed to update the information with transunion , till today i have had no joy.
