Disgusting service at Rage Pavillion

I went to the Pavillion shopping mall looking for a statement ad I was advised that I have an account. Which I know nothing about as a victim of identity theft.

I gave the person's my details (being the account number) to the lady at the till. She refused to give me her name but she had a top not, dark skinned and knee high boots. She simply told me that I should write an affidavit I told her that I would like to get my statement as the account is under my name.

She took my piece of paper which had the account number, looked at it the took it to some gentleman who is named Glen. He also refused to furnish me with my statement and then alleged to call head office where he **** in front of me saying that I refused to give him my details when I had given the lady the account number and never had they required further information from me.

This in turn made me upset as the story he divulged was false and so I told him and we had an altercation about his lies and shoddy customers service.

I left without the statement I had requested.
