DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

They not even worth getting one star, absolutely disgusting customer service, bought a pair of boots from them that was damaged, went in on Saturday for them to tell me they head office lines are down and I must come back next week, I go back today wanting a refund on damaged boots, they made me wait for over an hour while they were on a call with head office who says I can get a gift card and not a refund so they tried making a gift card and the girl at the front is obviously not trained in it, so I said I will go shopping and come back to the store when they are ready only for me to come back and there is a new lady there and them insisting the boots isn’t damaged and I just need to cut of the threads that are opening up at the front and they can’t exchange, i waited another half hour for them to speak to head office take into account they forgot who they spoke to at head office the first time around and now they speaking to a different person who knows nothing of the situation , the girls are not helpful at all and kept laughing at me and speaking in Zulu, disgusting attitudes and disgusting customer service.
