Disgusting Customer service

Bought 2 pairs of shoes which are uncomfortable to walk in. Called customer and a lady named Rachel requested that I email her the item picture. She still hasn't come to me. All I need is to get my money refunded. They need to confirm this ASAP because I don't want any hicupps at the store when I return the shoes.
