Disgusted

I purchased shoes at Rage Maponya Mall on the 01.09.18, when I got home the shoes did not fit. I decided to return the shoes today, 11.09.18 at Rage Bree street, I was assisted by Hleziphi Malapeng who is the store manager that does not know who she reports to, she then later told me she reports to Sam Ramaboa. The shoes were not worn as they did not fit, I then told them I wanted a cash refund, then Hleziphi told me about their return process, which is not stated on their receipt. She then contacted the call centre and spoke to Rachel Mkhumbuzi, who I must say was VERY RUDE, she told me I WILL NOT get my money back, I can only get a gift card or I must choose something else. I then told them I do not want anything from Rage as their products are very poor quality. I then requested to speak to her manager, then I was transferred to Mmamoloko Ramabu, who was also rude and when I told her I will take this further, she told I should go ahead and complain, my complain will come to her and she will not deal with it. I am so disgusted with the service I have received from Rage. It is my money and I want it back, I did not wear the shoes, so why shouldn't I be refunded.
