I suggest you look at your accounting system or give your Legal and accounts team better training. Your service is absolutely disgusting. I will never purchase anything from your stores because of the lack of service from both your accounts department and your legal department. Asking someone who had settled their account to pay an additional amount on top of the amount. When I refused, then to come back and say ok pay R2000.00 (I looked at this as a bribe) and we will mark the account paid. Then only to come back to say oh yes the account was paid in full in 2018 but the accounts department and legal team had not allocated the payments to the account. Utterly disrespectful. Sort out your team.
