Disastrous Service !!!

I am outraged with this Company, to add on the LIES that I have been fed from the Customer Service Department. Spoke to Thobeka Madonsela whom I am currently on the phone with HOLDING for the Legal Department for the past 10 minutes her reasoning was the ENTIRE LEGAL DEPARTMENT are on LUNCH!!! I have never heard of entire team leaving for lunch at the same time in ALL my years of working!! I have done a dispute of which they have FAILED on updating!!! Its now the 18th days LATER!! I cant believe the level afflictive Service I am still HOLDING!!! Finally through to a Mary who has now muted me please INVESTIGATE my call with her as she dropped my call purposely, I want her FIRED!!!!
