disappointed customer

Picked three items. Paid 100 before buying. Was asked fr 173 before purchasing. Paid two hundred and then was told my account is unable to buy. The lady phoned zama at accounts who said I can only spent 90% of my buying power since it's a new account. Said I can only buy fr 650 of which at the time my items costed 623 but before I could be helped she then changed and said she has made a mistake I can only buy fr 305. Mind u no one has told me that I can only spend 90% of my buying power. I asked to speak to zamabmyself and explain how bad I wanted the clothes. And that I've paid 300 already and I didn't make a mistake she did. She gave me an attitude and then hung up on me. Things just turned sour ended up cutting my card into two pieces and left it at the counter. Will just pay my balance and close the account.
