DISAPPOINMENT

I had purchased a pair of shoes at a Alexandra store , without noticing that they are damaged. Due to the fact I was passing by Johannesburg CBD the following day, I thought I could exchange them by the Rage at Park Central. Firstly the sales assistants had no interest in assisting me, finally when one of them assisted , she had the nerve to tell me that , its a damaged product of Alexandra store. To my shock , as a previous retail assistant , any store should be able to assist in exchanging as it is a product of rage. This is inconveniencing and clearly not treating customer fairly . Hope this will be attended in due course.
