Despicable service

Hi

I've been going to Rage Boulders for the past month to have my card replaced and I was told that they don't have cards and have been waiting for the past 2 weeks at the time.

I have been calling and going to the store since and still no cards.

I stay in Midrand and there are no stores close by. The service is unacceptable because not even the managers are willing to assist by trying to get cards from stores nearby.

Spoke to Wendy Source, who is apparently a senior manager, who has absolutely no idea what customer service is.

Due to this despicable behavior, I have asked for my card to be closed.
