Denied to replace a lost store card - ********** cellphone number

I would like to indicate that I lost my store card and whne i tried to create a new card twice in wonderpark mall store, i was told the cellphone number used is not correct. Therefore they cannot create the card, the ladies did not even escalate my issue further, i am stuck. The funny part if the same store that could not verify my cellphone number for a new card was happy to collect my money to pay towards my account. Either i get a new card or the account is immediately closed as i see no point in having an account i cannot use due to a card issue being denied. I expect a call from the wonderpark store telling me to collect my card or close the account. Im so annoyed with the stupid red tap, i have two numbers any number that is registered in my account is ********** not to mention how my surname has been butchered even though i provided the correct spelling. May you also fix this, my surname is NHLAPHO and not what even is written on my account, this is pure disrespect!
