Demage goods and poor customer service

I normally bye sandals at your either Bayside or Atlantis branch had two incidents where my shoes broke. First incident did not keep the slip cause I did not know it will break so quick<br> Second incident I bought a pair of sandals 1st week of December 2015 which was a sale item on Saturday 09 January 2016 while doing shopping the sandals broke took it back <br> Bought at your Atlantis store luckily kept my slip but still don't know why we have to present a slip when you do not get cash back or credit note should you not find anything else. I was very unhappy with the service I got in that store I asked what if I do not find another pair of shoes I like what then the one assistant (Chrystal) responded I have to take the shoes back home. I mean really I had the shoes only 1 month it should not matter if it was on sale or normal price the quality should still remain the same I was then forced to choose another pair of shoes. Where I feel a credit note would have helped then I could have gone to a store with<br> A much bigger variety of shoes.<br> Still not very happy and my husband opened an account with you for my convenience.
