Defective Shoes

I purchased a pair of black sandals to use to work in February. I wore the sandals once to work and at work discovered the buckle was infact faulty and did not work hence the ankle strap kept unwinding. Everytime I buckled it it would open up again. I took it back to the store with my receipt and explained the buckle was faulty. I requested another pair with a working buckle and was told they did not have any. I was refused a refund even though the shoe had a defect. I was told to chose something else which I did reluctantly and these shoe straps are faulty and cannot hold the shoe in place. I was told it cannot be returned due to being worn once.<br> I am extremely upset as it cannot be used with out coming off. So I have paid for shoes that will not serve any purpose and cannot be worn. Rage refuses to accommodate or compensate and I dont think it is fair you take my money and I get nothing in return.
