Damaged Shoe

In May I bought boots in Rage Cape Town and July boots were damaged it was two pairs for me and my cousin so I ask her to take them back they can't give us another boots/shoe we have to take the same boot so my cousin did take the boot but unfortunately for me they didn't have size 4 so they say my cousin must take another shoe that worth 200 and I bought my boot for 410 so they say the boots have dropped to 200 that's not my fault because I bought the boot for 410 and its their fault you can't buy a shoe for that amount and within two months its damaged
