damaged goods

I bought shoes at rage sandton city with an account ...I have been trying to return the shoes and they have been asking for a reciep which I happen to have been misplaced so am stuck with the shoes that I can't even wear but I get text messages every month telling me to pay....I mean they can see what I bought and what I bought but they don't wanna refund me
