Damage shoes and poor customer service.

I bought shoes last week 5th of February 2025 I only wear the shoes once and they where damage today I went there for a refund I was told about their stupid policy OK I have to take something now the item that I want was R5 more that they price of the damage shoes I told them I don't have R5 cash I will pay using my bank card the lady by the ne of Candice refuse even call the customer service centre to let them know that I don't have cash I want to pay R5 using my card. I waited there for hours still no help I had to come back with the damage shoes because I didn't have R5 they service at Rage Brixton it's way too bad. I want my refund I don't want any shoes from Rage
