It has come to my attention that Rage has never closed my account 10years. This account was paid in full and the paid up letter was send to the relevant email address. I have never received a sms or call since 2014 but 2024 I received an sms stating I need to pay my account without a balance or any further details. I made the call to phone there customer service, the lady cleary told me that I have not paid the account there's no proof what happened to customer service @Rage??? Unprofessional to the max there lines is as bad as there service, what I told the lady is that I can get proof from my Bank but why do I have to go through this all over again why??? Rage please make your customers your priority and go through your emails and close this account that was paid up many moons please, this is an unnecessary added account on my clearscore I'm not having it fix this account ASAP.
