I went to do an exchange but then I lost my slip

only worn my shoes once and they ********** the quality was cheap ,the lady then demanded a bank statement cause I provided my POP from the bank ,she still wants my bank statement and then she left me there by the till ...my guess she doesnt even know what is a Proof of payment .Now i need to go somewhere and fix the shoes i only worn for 15min
