Customer service

Hi am Lovey( ms M.L Dolo) . On 23/12/2021 17:00 I was in Rage at wonderpark mall ,I asked assist from gentlemen in front to assist me , he said "**** you why should I help you" than walks away. i called the manager ,she said she tried talking to him but its not helping. This is unacceptable as a customer to be sweared to by your employee when asking for help ,He doesn't know costumer service and this will affect wonder park rage status . Its a downgrade to rage to have staff who acts in this manner .hope this matter will be dealt with . My numbers ***
