Customer have no consumer right in this shop no business ethic

Last month I wanted to return sandles in Rage and i was told I cant due to the fact that no one has never complained about the lignment of the shord yet the store manager saw what I was talking about and now I'm having shoes I cannot wear in the house cause half of my foot goes on the side of the shoe I wore this sandles just half of the day. I feel like rage creates their own rules as they go customers are not allowed to return things even thou we are not happy with the products. I think they believe it's ok to temper with consumer rights really I am livid retiring stuff to this shop it's a mission and a half. I Have to lie so that I can return stuff is against business ethic really. Now I'm stuck and I cannot sell this shoes knowing that they hv a fail due to the cut.
