Credit rating

<p>I had an account with rage that was settled in April 2015. The company had put the account on the credit bureau even post settlement the account remained as listed on the bureau as being overdue. I called the head office the lady that I spoke did not even apologies for the incident even though I had asked her numerous times that so the company will not be apologising.</p>
