CREDIT PROFILE UPDATE

I have a problem with this shop, they never update the customer balance on the credit bureaus. This has a very bad effect on the credit scores and it always reflects red on the profile. I need Rage to follow up on this and ask other companies how they get their customer's statuses updated on the credit bureau systems. This is very frustrating.
