Corona virus negligence

I was just at the Rage store at Mimosa mall in Bloemfontein opposite Mug n Bean. When I got there the lady ask me to spray myself with the sanitizer and I refused to touch the bottled sanitizer because every customer was touching it and spraying themselves that's why I refused so I asked her to come spray me herself since she works there and every other retail shop is spraying us for every entry that we make. She gave me an attitude and considered me being dramatic, she wasn't even wearing her mask for that matter. We cannot afford such negligence. I take this pandemic very personal as I have lost 4 family members because of it and I will not tolerate such disrespect and negligence from Rage. Please do contact me on this matter thank you.
