Confused and Angry

Hi, please help my name is Nontyatyambo I app**** for an account with Rage in 2019, never activated it but now it's messing up my credit record I can't get a job I wanted now because of them, called them went to the branch as well for assistance, all I wanted from them is a letter stating that I don't have any account with them but they can't help me they say the account is not active and they can't send me anything because I'm not a customer.
