Complaint

Good Day. I need help with my Rage account. I paid it in full and asked for my account to be closed. Every month when i check my credit score it shows that i haven't paid for over a year. I have my paid up letter which Nompilo from head office emailed me. I paid it in full August 2021 at Heritage Mall in Port Alfred. I can't apply for any credit because of Rage. Please help cause I'm stuck now because of that.
