Complaint

I bought shoes last year in December which were a bigger size (normally that’s my size). I went during the 30days that is written on the slip but they did not have a size, I checked the Mall of Africa and I did not find Rage there. Now I went back to rage and I’m informed that I have passed the 30 days and they can’t exchange my shoes. 1. I did go back during the 30 days not to 1 but 2 malls. 2.Their consultants don’t have name tags and I’m supposed to remember who assisted me. 3. I did not have anyone write on the back of my slip. 4. I am not being compensated, they’d rather I keep a big size shoe, be an unhappy client than them exchanging my shoe “with an answer - no there’s nothing we can do because the system does not allow”. If I can’t return my shoes, then can I please have my money back.
