Complaint

I had the worst experience at Rage and am even closing my account.I bought shoes at Rage in corner Kerk and Loveday in Johannesburg. I was very disappointed today when I tried to put on my shoes today and they just torn and its was my second time wearing them.my question is what are you guys going to do because I paid 300 for the shoes and I was told they cant do anything.you used cheap materia and you are a ******* shop.i dont advise anyone to go to that shop .I want my money and your shop assistant are not helpful
