COMPLAINT

I went to Park Central branch on the 24/12/2021 in a rush to get my daughter a pair of sandals. I found them on sale @R109.99 from R135. When i arrived at the till, the cashier told me that the sale is over, i will need to pay the original price. I told her that i would do no such because the price that is written on the box is the sale price and asked her to call the manager. The lady came, explained the situation at hand and she tried to convince me otherwise about the shoes not being in sale, i told her straight what she is saying is against CPA. She whispered something to the cashier and they processed the transaction. I did not check the slip as i was in a rush, only got the shock when i checked my statement on the cellphone app the following day, that actually they charged me R135 instead of R109.99. I was livid because now i have to go back to that shop and expect them to explain whilst they **** to my face with the hope that i will realize late and not be able to do anything about it.
